In the early years, we provided residential property management services exclusively to support the affordable housing development of Bahria Town Lahore. Eventually, the company grew and branched out into 3rd party residential and commercial fee management. In early 2016, AHN made a strategic move to clear up any brand confusion in the market with its sister company AHN PRIVATE LIMITED by changing its name to AHN Holdings (Private) Limited. In late 2016, AHN Real Estate was formed through the merger of two well-established real estate service companies: Paragon Property Management and Sohail Property Advisors. Our accounting department is led by AHN Real Estate’s CFO, a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of accounting experience. Our team includes staff accountants, accounts payable, and accounts receivable representatives. Each month we process payroll for over 50 employees, process 1,000’s of invoices, and generate over 160 full custom financial packets and operating reports for our clients.
